How Covid-19 Impact Me
The pandemic of Covid-19 created a huge stormed that covered the entire world. Many people were hit hard by Covid-19 and I too was also the same. It's really wild now that I'm considering it. I was only a Grade 9 student at the time going to March Break thinking, 'A two week break, awesome!!' Only to eventually find out even amazing news that school is now online.
At that time I never believed that Covid-19 will last longer than that. I'll just miss the few months remaining in my Grade 9 year, that's it. I still have Grade 10 - 12 to still enjoy my high-school life, 3 years so nothing to worry about; yet, that was wishful thinking on my end. I never truly thought that everything will come back to being normal when I was Grade 12. It truly surprising to me now that I'm looking back on things. I'm 17 right now and before the pandemic I was only 14, a pure 3 year blimp occurred due to a pandemic. Those 3 years should've been the prime years of high-school youth, doing stupid yet still entertaining things with my friends. Yet, that does not mean I resent Covid-19 for taking away those years, rather I still enjoyed a new experience that many in future generation might not be able to enjoy. It allowed me to tell a great story, one that I believe many future generation would not even be able to imagine about happening. Covid-19 was a wake up call, it was something that the entire world needed to have. With the pandemic now over, we are finally able to see many problems in a more clearer light. Things have started to change now, the slow and calm waves had finally passed us now. That finally over now comes with change. Change of any type of wave, either small subtle waves to even tsunami level types of change. Covid-19 is now gone and had become history. In it's place, are the steps towards a brighter future one with that is filled with me creating this blog since 3 years ago I made my first public website.
